What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We curate our pieces from select makers using high-quality materials like gold or silver plating over stainless steel or brass. Most pieces are tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic — perfect for everyday wear.

Is your jewelry waterproof or tarnish-resistant?
While our jewelry is made to last, we recommend avoiding water, perfumes, and lotions to preserve its shine. For best results, remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.

Can I wear your jewelry every day?
Absolutely! Our pieces are designed for everyday wear — lightweight, durable, and versatile enough to match your work, weekend, or casual outfits.

 


🛍 Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 4-5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
 At this time, we only ship to Mumbai and Bangalore. We know this is disappointing, and we want you to know that we are actively working on expanding our shipping to international customers. We'll be sure to announce any updates on our social media and in our shipping policy. Thank you for your patience and support!

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please be aware that all sales are final. We do not accept order cancellations, so we encourage you to be sure of your purchase before checking out.


 

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer returns for store credit only within 3 days of your order's delivery date. We do not offer cash refunds.

How do I start a return?

To begin the process, email us at Orders@gemmartini.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

What are the conditions for a return?

The jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must also provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video that shows the package being opened for the first time.

Is there a cost for return shipping?

Yes, a flat fee of 50 Rupees  will be deducted from your store credit to cover the return shipping cost.

What if the item I receive is damaged?

If your jewelry arrives damaged or has a missing piece, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the issue. If your claim is approved, we will issue you store credit for the value of the damaged item.

Can I return a sale or promotional item?

No, items purchased during a sale, clearance event, or special promotion are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Can I cancel my order?

No, we do not allow order cancellations. Please be sure of your purchase before checking out.
